How To: Skull Crushers
コメント ページ 3 / 3
Em, it's called a 'skull crusher' because you bring the weight directly to your forehead and then back up. NOT behind your head. I train with a man who's an Olympic lifter and he abhors any exercise where you bring weight behind your head. Your muscles are not designed to work from back there. That's why all bodybuilders will tell you that doing military presses behind the neck means you are at more risk of shoulder injury than doing them in front.
aesthetic physique
I cannot find any proper instructions on Scott's youtube account. 70% of his workouts are completely wrong. I always see comment which include how wrong his exercises are. As Mrscotti interpreted you do not have to go behind your head, it does train your delts and lats. I suggest, the people who are new in the gym and want to learn something about exerices, dont want Scott's videos. They are 70% wrong. Im just saying.
Quite helpful! Thanks man!
@Fadur2 Yea but ronnie coleman lists an insane amount, so I guess he does it for safety reasons.
How to make that sound
So you're not actually meant to crush your skull.
Don't build muscle where you're not going to use it.
Thanks was hurting my elbows n now my form is fixed lol
Thank you!
Let's be legitimate here. I had weight training as one of my classes in high-school, and a lot of guys scratch their balls while working out. There's no reason to freak out and stop being homophobic if that's your problem.
Mantep bang, semangat
Hey, Kid, this is NOT a scull crusher!!! It's a PullOver !!! Totally different muscle group! Before misleading the world, do some reading!!!!
Please do not let your head and neck float off the back of the bench! Hello herniated discs!

Is this better for biceps or for triceps ?
LOLOLOLOLOL... This may be a LITTLE bit harder on your rotator cuff, but everything is hard on it.. But it heals it self.. And with the weight you´re doing with skull crushers it WONT matter at all!
